Brownie Cookies

These cookies taste just like brownies!! If you love brownies and cookies I think this is the perfect combination.

Ingredients:
  • 1 12 oz Bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 12 oz Bag of Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 2/3 Cups of All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Sticks of Butter, Softened
  • 1 Cup of Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of White sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs

Pre-heat your oven to 375 Degrees.

In a medium size bowl add flour, baking soda and salt.

In mixing bowl add softened butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Mix in one egg at a time.

Once eggs are mixed in add flour mixture gradually and mix. Set dough aside.

In a small sauce pan on low heat add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is completely smooth. Set chocolate aside to cool slighty.

Once chocolate is slightly cooled add it to the dough and mix.

Add dark chocolate chips to the dough and mix until well combined.

On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper drop about a tablespoon of dough. Place in oven for 8-9 minutes.

Enjoy!!!

With Love,
Jen

  2. Thanks for this recipe! I'm always looking for a brownie cookie. Yummy! I read your "about me" and my husband and I were the same way - engaged within 3 months. The only reason we waited a year to get married was for the venue! :)

I'd love for you to join my weekly linky, Crazy Sweet Tuesday sometime!
